Who processes your personal data?The European Parliament’s Directorate General of Communication, acts as the controller, which is the authority, agency or other body that determines the purposes and means of personal data processing. How long will your personal data be stored for and how will your personal data be processed?How long your data is stored in the European Parliament’s database is based on which purposes you consent to. Personal data will be stored no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.Purpose 1 - to keep in touch with the European Parliament regarding news, events and visiting: your personal data will be kept until you unsubscribe from our database (CoManSys); Purpose 2 - to give feedback on your visit: your personal data will only be used to send you an email to access the feedback form.For purpose 1: you are able to update or remove your data from our database by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of each newsletter or communication received from the Visitors Services Coordination Unit.For purpose 2: we will contact you once to send you the feeback form and your data will be deleted after the feedback form is sent out.4. Will your personal data be shared with a non-EU country or international organisation?Your personal data will not be shared with any services based in non-EU countries or with any international organisations.No automated processes and/or profiling will be used to make decisions that could affect you.5.
